PLAY TO WIN 6 GHz BUNDLE PROMOTION

● Play to Win Bundle: Any customer may purchase a "Play to Win" bundle from an Authorized Tarana Distributor.
● 6GHz Play to Win bundle includes:
- (4) Base Nodes (BN);
- (50) Remote Nodes (RN);
- (150) Remote Nodes Value (RNv), when available to ship;
- All applicable accessories;
- (1) Year SMS.
● Purchase Orders from end customers or VARs must be received by distributors no later than (NLT) Friday, October 25, 2024.
● Purchase Orders cannot be canceled by the VARs or End Customers.
● All products (except RNv) must ship from a distributor NLT Thursday, November 7, 2024.
● Promotion period: now through October 25, 2024.

Promotion Process:
1. For Play to Win 6GHz Bundle, the customer provides to the distributor the number of bundles (up to four bundles) they want to purchase.
2. Deal Registration for VAR’s End Customer’s Opportunity requires the following information submitted via email from the VAR or Distributor Sales Rep to Tarana Sales Rep to register and protect the end customer Opportunity.
a. VAR Company Name;
b. End customer Company Name;
c. End customer Decision Maker or Project Lead Point of Contact (POC) Name;
d. End customer Promotion Selection: Play to Win 6GHz Bundle;
e. End customer Installation City/Town/BN Location and State;
f. Estimated Quantity of BNs (ex. 4 BNs - 6GHz);
g. Estimated Quantity of RNs (ex. 200 RNs - 6GHz);
3. Tarana Sales Rep will research in Tarana’s customer database, if the pending Opportunity is not registered to anyone else, the Tarana Sales Rep will reply via email that the end customer opportunity is “Approved - Registered” with the internal Tarana Quote Number.
4. Distributor pulls from current inventory in its warehouse and ships all products together by November 7, 2024, except for the 6GHz RNv that will ship when avaialable.
