    MINI-LINK 6000 - Enabling 5G Transport Everywhere

    Ericsson multiband booster increases capacity up to ten fold by bonding carriers in different frequency bands.

    The MINI-LINK 6000 portfolio is available for ubiquitous 5G transport with E-band and with traditional frequencies in both shorthaul and long haul. MINI-LINK 6000 provides 10Gbps 5G transport in urban, suburban, and rural applications.

    With unmatched flexibility, MINI-LINK 6000 provides the right solution for each part of the network, all deployment scenarios and site types, enabling sound investments in line with the service providers’ needs. The portfolio offers both split mount and all outdoor shorthaul as well as long haul solutions covering the complete microwave spectrum from 4 up to 80 GHz.

    MINI-LINK 6000 offers advanced packet functionality including advanced sync and L3 VPN, using IP/MPLS, as well as L2. All network scenarios are supported with superior performance combined with the lowest possible cost of ownership.

    The MINI-LINK 6600 family provides the highest node capacity in the smallest form factor with fixed and semimodular nodes. MINI-LINK 6600 supports multiple radio links with a capacity of up to 2.5Gbps per link. Using high modulation schemes, 16k QAM, XPIC, carrier aggregation, MIMO, wide channels like 112 MHz, low latency, and multiple 10G interfaces ensures deployment flexibility and future-readiness. In addition, MINI-LINK 6600 also supports TDM traffic.

    MINI-LINK 6366

    MINI-LINK 6366 - High Capacity Outdoor Node

    MINI-LINK 6366 is an all-outdoor microwave solution used with MINI-LINK 6363 radios. MINI-LINK 6366 provides an outdoor enclosed baseband with mounting flexibility: directly to the antenna or separately via pole or rail mount. Build 1+0, 1+1 and 2+0 configurations with the same building blocks for 6 to 80 GHz or combine two different frequency bands for a Multi-Band Booster configuration.

    A network node for the future requires high node capacity which means high capacity for switch, radio links and interfaces. MINI-LINK 6366 is a packet only all-outdoor node with a switch capacity of 9.5 Gbps with multiple 1/2.5 Gbps interfaces. The node supports radio link up to 2.5Gbps with high modulation of 4096 QAM, wide channels up to 112/125 MHz supporting L3 VPN’s, which makes it well positioned on the road to 5G.

    MINI-LINK 6365

    MINI-LINK 6365 - High Capacities in a Compact Format

    The MINI LINK 6365 is to be used in split systems together with MINI-LINK 6000 nodes. The radio connects to the node via a single coaxial cable. It comes in all traditional frequency bands 6-42 GHz and is future proof with carrier aggregation and 16k QAM support. It supports 2.5 Gbps in a very compact format. The high output power caters for the need of high capacities and high availability, providing superior network performance.

    MINI-LINK 6365 builds on the strengths of MINI-LINK 6363 and RAU2 X, the world´s most widely deployed microwave radio. MINI-LINK 6365 has the same small footprint as MINI-LINK 6363. This enables easier and faster installations as well as less wind load on towers.

    MINI-LINK 6365 is a 1T1R radio supporting carrier aggregation. It can transmit two channels, up to 2x 112 MHz, in the same polarization, doubling the capacity vs MINI-LINK 6363. The channels can be adjacent or non-adjacent, for maximum utilization of available spectrum. 2x 112 MHz carrier aggregation provides a capacity of 2.5 Gbps, to support the ever-growing need for higher capacities. Carrier aggregation is available as a SW license, making it possible to double the capacity without changing the hardware.

    The radio supports the highest modulation scheme in the market 16k QAM, increasing capacity by 15% vs 4k QAM and 25% vs 2k QAM.


    MINI-LINK 6352

    MINI-LINK 6352 - Very High Capacity Microwave

    MINI-LINK 6352 is an all outdoor microwave node, and part of the successful MINI-LINK portfolio.

    MINI-LINK 6352 provides up to 10 Gbps capacity over a 2000 MHz channel in the E-band (70/80GHz). MINI-LINK 6352 also supports 2+0 Radio Link Bonding with XPIC and 1+1/2+0 Equipment Protection (EQP) as well as Multi-Band Booster configurations together with MINI-LINK 6600/TN. For maximum connectivity, MINI-LINK 6352 is equipped with multiple 10 GE interfaces.

    MINI-LINK 6352 has an embedded L2 switch, enabling aggregation and switching between all traffic ports, that makes it ideal for multiple combinations of mobile backhaul solutions. Use it as an all outdoor solution, aggregating multiple south-bound directions to one high capacity northbound direction. MINI-LINK 6352 is also suitable for cascading or as a repeater solution. It can also be connected to any other MINI-LINK indoor unit using available Ethernet ports.

    MINI-LINK 6351

    MINI-LINK 6351 - Optimized for Small Cell Deployments

    MINI-LINK 6351 is an all-outdoor, V-Band microwave node optimized for pole, roof, or wall mount deployments. The innovative design with integrated 60 GHz radio and antenna provides up to 1 Gbps capacity, easy installation, and minimum visual impact.

    MINI-LINK 6351 can be easily and directly connected to the traffic source, fitting into the city environment, which is key for street level deployments. It can also be connected to any other MINI-LINK products using available Ethernet ports. For Enterprise applications that require carrier grade backhaul over short distances, MINI-LINK 6351 is the perfect choice.

    MINI-LINK 6351 comes in two different configurations. One very compact single interface solution for small cell leaf sites and one multi interface configuration in combination with Switch 6391 for small cell aggregation. The multi interface solution is suitable for cascading or repeater deployments.

    MINI-LINK 6363

    MINI-LINK 6363 - High Capacities in a Compact Format

    MINI-LINK 6363 is the worlds smallest high power microwave radio unit, to be used in split systems together with nodes MINI-LINK 6600 and MINI-LINK 6366. It connects to the node via a coaxial cable. In a very compact format, it supports gigabit capacities in traditional frequency bands as well as in E-band. The high output power caters for the need of high capacities and high availability, providing superior network performance.

    MINI-LINK 6363 builds on the strengths from the world's most widely deployed microwave radio MINI-LINK RAU2 X. The footprint has been reduced by 65% and weight by 35% compared to RAU2 X. This enables easier and faster installations as well as less wind load on towers.

    MINI-LINK 6363 comes in two versions. MINI-LINK 6363, optimized for highest system gain, and MINI-LINK 6363/2 optimized for lowest power consumption.

    MINI-LINK 6600

    MINI-LINK 6600 - High Capacity Node and Radio Link

    MINI-LINK 6600 is the high capacity indoor node in a split-mounted microwave system. It supports switching capacity up to 90 Gbps and market leading split mount Radio Links up to 2.5Gbps using 112MHz and 4096QAM modulation. It also supports 10G interfaces for high capacity interconnect or use of very high capacity E-band radio links.

    MINI-LINK 6600 has an integrated Ethernet switch/router supporting Customer and Provider mode switching and IP Routing and MPLS L3 VPN.

    In MINI-LINK 6600, compact nodes as well as modular nodes using plug-in units are available. This makes it easy to customize configurations. The full range of MINI-LINK outdoor units can easily be combined in many different ways: traditional frequencies (6-42 GHz), Vband 60 GHz, E-band 70/80 GHz, single and dual carrier, Coax and Ethernet interface.

    MINI-LINK 6200

    MINI-LINK 6200 is the first long haul system on the market to cater for 5G transport. It brings the 5G transport outside the urban area - with market leading capacities over long distances, up to 10 Gbps over 35 km. On top of the high modulation of up to 4096 QAM, MINI-LINK 6200 has an improved bandwidth utilization of 10-35% and is prepared for wider bandwidth 80 and 112 MHz. As a MINI-LINK system it provides the best in class spectrum efficiency and makes the most out of the available frequency spectrum. MINI-LINK 6200 has L2 and L3 support and up to 5 x 10 G interfaces. As necessary for 5G it has low latency and support for phase and time sync.

    With up to 2.4Tbps of switching capacity in 300mm depth 3RU footprint, the Router 6273 delivers performance needed to fully support LTE, LTE Advanced, 5G, Fixed Mobile Convergence and Enterprise applications.

    6273 can also support a lower cost 320Gbps configuration that offers a full redundant solution to complement existing Router 6000 family. This is especially important with the cases redundancy is mandatory closer to access of the operators’ network.

    The Ericsson Switch 6391 is a feature complete, outdoor layer 2 site switch. It supports 2 optical SFP/SFP+ and 4 electrical Gigabit Ethernet ports and has a forwarding capacity of 25 Gbps. It is ideally suited for mobile backhaul, small cell applications and business access.

    The Switch 6391 is compact, environmentally hardened, low-power-consumption switch that can be installed outside without a separate enclosure. The modular building practice with the combination of Switch 6391 and MINI-LINK 6351 provides lowest possible total cost of ownership for small cell applications.
