List all equipment being returned including serial numbers (if
applicable) and invoice numbers (required).
Complete information MUST be provided to avoid delays in processing.

Section 2 - Customer Information |
All products being returned under this RMA must be shipped PREPAID. If the
repair is done under warranty, Winncom will return the product to the customer
UPS Ground Service at no charge. Other shipping methods will be paid for by the
Customer. The Customer will pay for the return shipping costs for non-warranty
repairs. The RMA number MUST be on the return package label (DO NOT WRITE
THE RMA NUMBER ON THE BOX) or package will be refused and returned to
Customer. Do not use the product box as the shipping box. Contents of
the package must match the information on the RMA form or the package will be
returned as is. Products being returned for credit or exchange MUST be
in the original box with all accessories, manuals, and/or software and in UNOPENED
condition. RMA number valid for 14 days. |

least 15% restocking fee per our Terms and Conditions Statement. |
