Earn individual sales incentive of up to $1,000 per radio when you purchase
and resell select models of Tsunami.GX and Lynx.GX point to point products. This
cash incentive will be paid to individual sales personnel per the process
outlined below.
This incentive is per radio, not per link, so double the amount below for
each link!
This promotion is valid from November 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007.
Proxim Wireless will send incentive checks directly to the individuals once
we have received a completed claim form and supporting documentation.

Sales incentives are valid for sales from November 1, 2007 through December
31, 2007. Proxim authorized resellers must have purchased and re-sold the above
mentioned product(s) during this
period. Returns are not allowed.
Proxim Wireless discounts and rebates only apply to standard pricing and can
not be combined with each other. This program may not be combined with any other
programs or rebates except Platinum or Gold rebates. The Proxim Authorized
Reseller should choose the one discount program that provides them with the
greatest savings. For an up-to-date list of all Proxim Wireless discounts,
rebates and promotions, visit the Proxim Partner Extranet at
http://www.proxim.com/partners/login.html. Proxim Wireless reserves the
right to change or cancel its programs and promotions at anytime without
notification.
To take advantage of this special limited time offer, resellers must simply
follow these three steps:
STEP 1: Close a deal that includes one of the above products with a customer.
STEP 2: Place an order for these products with a distributor during the period
specified.
STEP 3: Complete the “Sales Incentive” claim form, attach copies of the
distributor invoice and customer purchase order, and submit the claim no later
than January 15, 2008 to Proxim Wireless.
