Comet Video Technologies

Comet Video Technologies provides network and IP based solutions that allow users to view live streaming video on cell phones. Typical applications include transmitting video from legacy CCTV security systems so that security personnel can view live action anywhere in the world where there is cell coverage. The Comet technology allows users to transmit live video through the cell phone network when wired and line-of-site wireless solutions do not meet user needs. Applications include enhanced corporate and government facility security, telemedicine, and construction site security. Emergency services and public transit applications include transmitting live video from moving vehicles for viewing at headquarters or through multiple cell phones. Comet’s capabilities extend to video transmission via satellite, where live streaming video can be sent over bandwidths as low as 2.4 kbps.
