Alvarion provides a complete broadband wireless access solution for data and
voice, enabling carriers to compete in today’s growing Internet access race. The
combination of wireless with broadband data and voice services allows operators
to extend their reach to new customers and provide a broader range of services.
Alvarion has two lines of products suitable for carrier deployments in licensed
frequency bands:
- BreezeACCESS MMDS operates in the licensed Multi-channel Multipoint
Distribution Service (MMDS) band, operating at 2.5 GHz – licensed in the US
and other countries.
- BreezeACCESS XL operates in the licensed 3.5, 3.8 and 2.6 GHz bands –
licensed in many countries outside the US.
