   End User Customer will need to submit the rebate claim directly to Proxim.

   To encourage our customers to adopt Proxim’s new technology, we will offer rebates to the end customer when they upgrade or migrate to the

Proxim Tsunami MP-8100 and the ORiNOCO AP-800/8000 from any of the eligible brands as shown below or from older Proxim products. The

migration quantity needs to be equal to or less than the quantity destroyed by the end customer.

   Eligible competitor brands for migration to MP-8100: Motorola, Alvarion, Exalt, BelAir, Trango, RAD, Radwin, Firetide, Aperto, Redline.

   Eligible competitor brands for migration to AP-800/8000: Cisco, HP, Aruba, Meru, Trapeze.

   End user customer will need to submit the claim to partnerprogram@proxim.com within 30 days of purchasing the eligible Proxim products,

together with the following documents:

1. A rebate claim form available online at: http://www.proxim.com/programs/temp/tech_migration_form.html

2. A “Letter of Destruction” (LOD) signed by the end customer (available for download at the above website address)

3. Proof of Purchase (invoice for the purchase of MP-8100 or AP-800/8000)
