Colubris Networks, a leading provider of intelligent, multiservice WLAN systems, announced a distribution agreement with Winncom Technologies, a subsidiary of ARC Wireless Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:ARCS), a leading value-added distributor of wireless products. The partnership provides increased sales, marketing and support resources in the enterprise market in the United States and opens the door to the Eastern European and Russian markets for Colubris. The agreement is effective immediately.
