WHEAT RIDGE, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 27, 2002--ARC Wireless Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:ARCS - News) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Winncom Technologies Corp., has signed an agreement to distribute microwave telecommunication equipment for Stratex Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq:STXN - News) throughout North America.
Winncom is a leading supplier of Wi-Fi products, as well as wireless LAN/WAN
networking systems, data communications infrastructure products, and related
software, to VARs and system integrators. Stratex Networks is one of the
world's foremost solutions providers for mobile applications and broadband
wireless access, and offers a complete product family providing reliable,
cost-effective means for voice, data, and video transmission.
