Motorola is pleased to announce the 2008 Motorola Point-to-Point Equipment Trade-In Program.
The 2008 Motorola Point-to-Point Equipment Trade-In Program is a program that allows end-user
customers to purchase Motorola point-to-point (PTP) equipment from their Motorola Channel
Partner at a listed credit1 if they agree to and submit trade-in competitive equipment using a third party
company, American Communications. Participating customers will be eligible to purchase
new Motorola PTP equipment at a credit1. To be eligible for the credit customers must notify
Motorola of their intent to participate in the program by submitting a
registration form.
The 2008 Motorola Point-to-Point Trade-In Program will be limited to the first 150 Trade-in
Requests or the program end date of September 30, 2008, whichever comes first.
PROGRAM PROCESS:
The steps below detail the Program process and how to register your intention to participate
in the 2008 Motorola Point-to-Point Equipment Trade-In Program.
Step 1
After reviewing the
Program Guidelines, complete the
Trade-In Registration Form. This form
will be routed to your Motorola Regional Sales Manager and Channel Partner for review and
confirm your participation in the program. After Trade-In Request has been received by
Motorola, the Request will be provided to American Communications for reference in a Trade-
In Agreement.
Step 2
The system will auto-generate a response with additional program information and the ship-to
address and contact at American Communications.
Step 3
American Communications will issue a Trade-In Agreement to the requesting end-use
customer.
Step 4
Place an order for new Motorola PTP equipment2 with Winncom within
60 days of receipt of Trade-in Agreement.
Step 5
Send Trade-In Unit(s)3 to American Communications within six (6) months of receipt of Tradein
Agreement.
Step 6
Motorola will issue a credit1 to the channel partner from whom the equipment was purchased
once receipt of Trade-In Unit is confirmed by American Communications and end-use
customer receipt of purchased equipment is confirmed by Motorola.
(1) Credit is listed in APPENDIX I and channel partner will determine how credit is applied to the sale of
the PTP equipment

Motorola is pleased to announce the 2008 Canopy® System Trade-In Program. All Service
Providers who participate in Motorola’s Service Provider Program and have a signed agreement
with Motorola ("Registered Service Providers") will be eligible to receive a credit for the purchase
of special Canopy Trade-In Kits1 containing six (6) Canopy Access Points and a 100-pack of
Canopy Subscriber Modules. To be eligible for the credit, the service provider must notify Motorola
of their desire to participate in the program by submitting a
registration form. The Service Provider
will also be required to trade-in at least six (6) Access Points and one hundred (100) Subscriber
Modules of Eligible Competitive Equipment2 by sending the equipment to American
Communications.
The Canopy System Trade-in Program will be limited to the first 50 Trade-in Requests or the
program end date of September 30, 2008, whichever comes first.

receipt of purchased equipment is confirmed by Motorola.

How It Works
Claiming your rebates is easy! Simply submit a copy of your invoices
showing that you have purchased the required quantity in a single
purchase. You may order more then required amount and quality for even
bigger rebates. All you have to do then is wait six to eight weeks (6-8
weeks) for your rebate to arrive!
