Fault Management
SkyControl provides a robust fault management system that provides real-time alarm and event reporting. The EMS provides a color-coded system for critical, major, minor, and informational alarms and allows an easy way to handle alarms. The system provides problem detection and facilitates fast resolution.
The Fault Management function provides event logging and various sorting and filtering capabilities.
Performance Monitoring
SkyControl provides performance monitoring functions with a host of pre-defined performance reports. This provides network administrators with the tools to be able to collect data on custom-defined intervals and generate graphic reports in real-time or for historic data. These capabilities allow you to identify trends over time as well as isolate problems in real-time.
Graphical Management
SkyControl provides a graphical interface for monitoring and managing the SkyPilot network. This interface shows system status and performance, including network topology, link capacity, mesh routing, and node states. Statistics collection and real-time graphs allow you to analyze traffic, QoS, and usage for improved network planning. One-click access to the MIB browser and the command line interface (CLI) provides comprehensive debugging and monitoring.
