Alvarion BreezeNET B is a family of wireless point-to-point bridging solutions that operate in the 5GHz band and provide an efficient and highly secure solution for building-to-building connectivity and backhauling. BreezeNET B is available in three main variations: BreezeNET B14, BreezeNET B28 and the newest addition to our family: BreezeNET B100.

It is an ideal alternative to expensive leased lines, providing an instant link for connecting remote local offices to headquarters, and isolated buildings on campuses and industrial zones.

The BreezeNET B is a high performance wireless bridge system that provides high-capacity, high-speed point-to-point connectivity.

The system, which operates in the 5GHz band, utilizes advanced technologies to support optimal performance even in RF dense environments. BreezeNET B products operate in Time Division Duplex (TDD) mode, using Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) modulation with Forward Error Correction (FEC). Using the enhanced multi-path resistance capabilities of OFDM modem technology, BreezeNET B enables operation in near and non-line-of-sight (NLOS) environments such as buildings, foliage or ridgelines. These qualities enable deployment of PTP links in previously inaccessible situations.

The system also features adaptive modulation for automatic selection of modulation schemes to maximize data rate and improve spectral efficiency. BreezeNET B supports security sensitive applications through optional use of authentication and/or data encryption utilizing AES or WEP with 128-bit keys.

The system supports VLANs based on IEEE 802.1Q, enabling secure operation and Virtual Private Network (VPN) services, allowing tele-workers or remote offices to conveniently access their enterprise network.

BreezeNET B system components are managed using a simple to use and friendly tool, BreezeCONFIG. It can be also managed using standard SNMP management systems for remote setting of operational modes and parameters.
