How to Place a ServPak Order
When placing your order you will need to fill out the end user and product sections of the Proxim ServPak order form which includes contact information (name, phone number and email address), site address, system and serial numbers of the products to be covered under the ServPak. This information will be used for order confirmation, renewal notification, and stocking advanced hardware replacements.
After filling out the end user and product sections of the ServPak order form you attach the ServPak order form to your purchase order and submit your order to an authorized Proxim reseller.
