ServPak ServPak is an enhanced service support offering that provides customers with a higher level of support beyond Proxim’s standard warranty service. Proxim's ServPak program provides two service levels: 24x7Enhanced and Extended Warranty. Both servicesprovide a comprehensive package of services ensuring a high level of support that customers need and expect. Proxim's 24x7Enhanced ServPak bundles the mission critical support components of 24x7 technical support, priority phone queuing, next business day hardware replacement, and software upgrades into one comprehensive package.
How to Place the 24x7Enhanced ServPak Order You should place your order for a ServPak through your authorized Proxim/Winncom reseller. When placing your order you will need to fill out the end user and product sections of the Proxim ServPak order form which includes contact information (name, phone number and email address), site address, system and serial numbers of the products to be covered under the ServPak (choose Contract Type: 24x7Enhanced). This information will be used for order confirmation, renewal notification, and stocking advanced hardware replacements.
After filling out the end user and product sections of the ServPak order form you attach the ServPak order form to your purchase order and submit your order to an authorized Proxim/Winncom reseller.

Proxim Wireless understands that Service and Support requirements vary from customer to customer. It is our Mission to offer Service and Support options that go above-and-beyond normal warranties to allow you the flexibility to provide the Quality of Service that your networks demand.
In recognition of these varying requirements we have developed a Support Program called ServPak. ServPak is a program of Enhanced Service Options that can be purchased individually or in combinations to meet your needs.
Extended Warranty: Extend the life of your networking investment by adding 1, 2, or 3 years to your products standard warranty. This service coverage provides unlimited repair of your Proxim hardware for the life of the service contract. We’ll even pick up the cost to return the unit once repaired.
7x24x365 Technical Support: This service provides unlimited, direct access to Proxim’s world-class technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. *This offering is included in Proxim’s 24x7Enhanced ServPak.
Priority Queuing: Customers requiring a higher level of support and quicker access to Proxim Technical support will find priority queuing a must have. By purchasing Priority Queuing, your Service issue will be routed to the next available Customer Service Engineer.
On-Site Support: We know in some situations there is nothing more affective and rewarding that to have a Senior Proxim Customer Service Engineer on-site. Our Senior Customer Service engineers are not only subject-matter-experts at our products and services. They have years of RF experience. Our field experience can save you valuable resources by having us on site with you. |
